What’s Included in a Standard Eco-Friendly Cleaning

    •    Kitchen — Counters, sinks, backsplash, exterior of appliances, stovetop, microwave exterior, and cabinet fronts cleaned

    •    Bathrooms — Sinks, counters, mirrors, showers/tubs, toilets, cabinet fronts, cleaned and sanitized

    •    Bedrooms, Living Areas & Office — Dusting all surfaces, furniture, décor, electronics

    •    Lanais & Outdoor Entry Areas (as weather allows) — Swept, dusted, and tidied

    •    Whole-Home Details — Window sills, baseboards, cabinet fronts, trash collection, and all floors vacuumed and mopped

Flat-Rate Pricing (Standard / Maintenance Cleans)

We believe in simple, transparent pricing. Our flat-rate system is based on the size of your home and cleaning frequency, so you always know what to expect.

Maui Eco- Friendly House Cleaning

Note: Our base rate starts at $165 for a 1bd/1ba 1,000 sq ft. Each additional bedroom/office adds $15, each bathroom adds $20, lanai $20-$40, and every additional 500 sq ft adds $25.

Additional Add-On Services:

    •    Bedding refresh — $15 per bed (changing sheets)

    •    Laundry — $25 per load (wash, dry, fold)

    •    Dishes — $25 (per dishwasher load)

Travel Fee

For Kihei, Wailea, Lahaina, high elevation Piiholo & Olinda an additional $50 travel fee applies due to drive time.
